Job Description
A globally recognized game studio is looking for a Producer to join the studios creative team with a focus on consumer products. Theyre specifically looking for someone with a background in licensing merchandising consumer products or similar industries such as FMCG publishing or health & beauty.
In this role youll be the one who ensures ideas move forward keeping timelines on track budgets in check and stakeholders aligned. Youll collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver brand-right products and campaigns that connect with fans around the world.
What youll be responsible for:
Project ownership
- Coordinate and track delivery across several projects from start to finish
- Brief external agencies and make sure goals and timelines are clear
- Track budgets and follow up together with the Lead Producer and finance
- Archive and document project work according to set processes
Team operations
- Keep internal documentation and onboarding materials up to date
- Set up and run meetings book set agenda take notes and follow up
- Manage tools used for approvals and project tracking
- Help track team workload and support partner performance reviews
- Work with team leads to keep ways of working clear and effective
Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams and time zones including regular syncs with the US
- Align team activities with the broader studio and franchise plans
- Support senior and lead producers on key projects
- Make sure brand guidelines are followed in all creative work
Who theyre looking for:
Must-haves
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Producer Production Manager or similar
- Background in licensing merchandising consumer products or industries like FMCG publishing or health & beauty
- Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing Production Communications or Consumer Products
- Proven skills in project management briefing and production coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structure and calm
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with confidence in high-paced or complex discussions
Tool experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite Click-Up MyMediaBox Slack and SharePoint
- Comfortable working in digital cross-team environments
Nice to have
- Experience with different production workflows or organizational setups
- Training or background in facilitation and active listening
This is a temporary role of 12 months starting as soon as possible in March (hybrid set-up in Stockholm).
