You are the hands and eyes of the company. You deliver the technical execution that keeps the fleet on the water.
- Technical Execution: Diagnose service and repair diesel and gas marine engines (MAN Cummins Volvo Mercury) and onboard systems (hydraulics electrical) with zero-error precision.
- Operational Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment. You must be comfortable working in tight engine rooms crawling into confined spaces and operating in cold or hot weather conditions.
- Digital Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation. You will submit daily reports with photos and videos for every task ensuring 100% quality control.

THE EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU BRING:
You are a mechanic who loves the trade. You understand that one loose screw can cost thousands and you take pride in getting it right the first time.
- Non-Negotiable Industry Experience: Proven experience in the yachting industry is a must. You understand the unique demands of luxury vessels
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of marine engines and systems. Certifications in MAN Mercury Yamaha Volvo or Cummins are a significant asset.
- Digital Proficiency: You must be comfortable using tablets and mobile software to track time and submit daily technical reports.
- Work Ethic & Passion: You possess a genuine passion for mechanics and troubleshooting. You are self-motivated and can launch into productive work.
