Accentures Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice partners with leading organisations across New Zealand to deliver people-led transformation programs that enable sustainable performance and workforce agility. Due to continued growth we are seeking experienced Management Consultants to join our T&O team.

About the Role

As a Management Consultant within Talent & Organisation you will work with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver complex transformation initiatives. You will apply structured consulting methodologies lead workstreams and translate strategy into practical people-centric outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end consulting engagements across change organisation and workforce transformation

  • Designing and implementing operating models organisation structures and target state capabilities

  • Supporting HR and Talent transformations including service delivery workforce strategy and ways of working

  • Developing high-quality client deliverables insights and executive-level presentations

  • Managing stakeholders and contributing to project governance and delivery cadence

  • Supporting proposals business development activity and internal capability building

Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a consulting firm in a Management Consultant role

  • Demonstrated experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements (not internal-only roles)

  • Proven ability to operate in structured consulting environments including client presentations workplans and deliverables

About You

  • Experience across one or more of the following areas:

    • Change & Transformation

    • HR / Talent Transformation

    • Operating Model or Organisation Design

    • Workforce Planning or Talent Strategy

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Structured problem-solving and analytical capability

  • Experience across industries such as Public Sector Financial Services Health Energy or Resources (desirable)

  • A collaborative mindset and appetite for continuous learning
