We are seeking aManager Learning and Developmentto lead and evolve our learning programs systems and team. This role will partner with business and People leaders toidentifydevelopment needs oversee the delivery of impactful onboarding and learning experiences and drive a cohesive learning ecosystem that supports employee growth and compliance across a global organization.

Responsibilities:

Learning Program Strategy & Development

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed development knowledge sharing and growth across the organization.
  • Consult and partner with business leaders and People Partners to assess learning needs identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Stay current on L&D trends best practices and emerging technologies integrating relevant approaches into learning strategies and program design.

Learning Design Delivery & Evaluation

  • Oversee the design and delivery of learning programs including new-hire onboarding employee development and compliance training ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Guide the creation and curation of engaging relevant learning content leveraging modern scalable instructional design approaches across virtual in-person and hybrid environments.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to extend internal capabilities and deliver specialized learning solutions.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using learner feedback assessments and performance metrics driving continuous improvement and data-informed enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learning initiatives are integrated with broader people and business programs.

Learning Systems & Enablement

  • Drive a cohesive learning ecosystem ensuring learning systems and platforms work together to delivera seamlessand positive employee experience.
  • Provide strategic oversight of learning systems (e.g. Degreed Docebo) partnering with IT and other stakeholders on governance enhancements reporting and adoption.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Coach develop and support L&D team members setting clear expectations and ensuring high-quality delivery of onboarding and e-learning solutions.
  • Review metrics learner insights and program outcomes to guide team priorities inform decisions and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of8 years of relatedexperience with aBachelorsdegree; or 6 years and aMastersdegree; or a PhD with 3yearsexperience
  • Proven experience (5 years) in corporateand/or tech-industrylearning and development roles with a demonstratedtrack recordof creating and implementing successful leadership development programs
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles instructional design methodologies and training delivery techniques
  • Deep familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) learning experience systems (LXPs) and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various levels of leadership and employees.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
  • Professional certifications in training and development instructional design or related areas are a plus
