• Abilities: Able to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast-paced highly nuanced environment. Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audience stakeholdersfrom C-suite to entry-level contacts to technical analysts.

• Experience: 2-5 years experience in Client Service Delivery/Account Management role in a SaaS industry. 25 years experience in the administration of Consumer Driven Health (CDH) accounts/Third Party Administrator (TPA) managed benefits/ or Health Plans preferred.

• Location: Hybrid (Boston MA; Maitland FL; Milwaukee WI).

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida Massachusetts and Wisconsin. Within this range individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market addition to base salary total compensation may include bonuses incentive plans and a comprehensive benefits package.
