Mission and key priorities of the role
You will play a vital role in ensuring qualityandinnovation on paperproducts portfolioandto meetcustomersexpectations on bespoke products. By performing various tests and analysesyouaimto improve product quality develop bespoke product for ourcustomersorsupportabrand-newproduct development.
Your responsibilities include:
Supportsthe R&D Innovation teamwithLab analysis and prototyping
Develop and test papersolutions (newraw material new process newsurface treatmentsetc)following our Stage-Gate process
Conduct a variety of tests to evaluate paper properties such as tensile strength thickness brightness opacity and moisture contentets usingspecialized equipment such as tensile testersIRand UV-Visspectrophotometermoisture analyzersetc.to perform tests accurately
Analyze reportoutand recordtest resultsidentifyingany deviations from quality standards
Databaseanalysisandsamplesarchive management
Update the CRM system according to product developmentprocess
Ensure that laboratory equipment is properlymaintained calibrated and serviced to ensureaccurateand reliable test results
Identifyand report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Comply withinternal safety rules andproceduresincluding raw materials use and storage
Who are we looking for:
High school diploma/bachelorsdegree on Chemistryand/or Paperengineeringor strong working experienceonsimilar fields
Ability in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysisand strongwillingtofurtherlylearnis aplu;
Previousworking experience in Paper Industry(ProductionQualityLaboratory Research)orpaper convertingis a plus
Strong analytical skillsrigorous and detailed oriented person.
Highly motivatedwiththe abilityto work independently.
Teamworking approachchampioningservice & goal orientation
Fluent in English as a plus
