This position is responsible for the quantitative analysis of all medical record patient types based upon standards established by Title 22 the Joint Commission and the Medical Staff Rules and Regulations.

- Demonstrates knowledge of deficiency analysis of medical records.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer keyboard and a typing speed of 35 wpm. Familiarity with computers and basic windows and mouse skills is preferred.
- Able to understand and follow directions.
- Remain focused on the task at hand without getting easily distracted.
- Capable of categorizing forms/documents within the medical record.
- Must be detail oriented.
- High level of professionalism is needed for interaction with physicians and physician office staff.
- Self-motivated.
