Pressure wash operative Mon-Fri 7am-4pm 14.80 per hour Sat-7am -4pm 16.10 per hour Chiswick

JPC By Samsic is seeking a dedicated Pressure Wash Operative to join our dynamic and professional team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our clients surroundings using high-pressure water spray equipment. Respect for health and safety regulations along with a diligent attitude and a keen attention to detail will be vital in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness standards by pressure washing various surfaces such as floors walls patios and fences
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect areas before and after washing to ensure thorough completion of cleaning tasks
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on pressure washing equipment when necessary
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to the specifications of each job
• Coordinate with team members and management to meet deadlines ensuring the expected level of cleanliness is achieved

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience ideally using pressure washing equipment. However on-the-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates
• Basic knowledge of mechanical operations for potential maintenance requirements
• Excellent physical fitness and strength to handle the physical needs of the job including lifting heavy equipment and standing or bending for extended periods
• A good awareness of health and safety regulations responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines to avoid hazards
