Order Processing / Operations Administrator (m/f/d) in the EMS Sector
About Us
We are an established EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider supporting our customers with comprehensive solutions in electronics manufacturing procurement assembly and testing services. To strengthen our team we are looking for a motivated professional to join us as soon as possible in the area of order processing and customer operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring delivery schedules transport status and production lead times
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively coordinating with customers
- End-to-end handling and support of customer orders including communication with all stakeholdersfrom quotation and material procurement through to invoicing
- Data entry and maintenance in ERP/CRM systems and documentation management (orders returns customer data reports production documents approvals etc.)
- Coordination with internal departments such as purchasing production planning manufacturing sales and warehouse
- General administrative tasks including correspondence appointment scheduling and reporting
Must-have
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good english skills
- Independent structured and reliable working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a high level of customer orientation
- Organizational skills and flexibility in handling changing tasks
Nice-to-have
- Experience in an EMS company electronics manufacturing or industrial order processing is an advantage
- Experience in import/export logistics or sales support is a plus
- Additional languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese)
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
