Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead develop and manage a global team of1220 Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cash Application Analysts.
  • Provide coaching performance management and career development to build a high-performing global shared services team.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing workforce planning coverage model and rotation across time zones.

Operational Excellence & Daily Cash Application

  • Oversee all day-to-day cash application activities for global operations ensuringtimely complete and accurate posting of:
    • ACH wire transfers checks lockbox credit card payments etc.
    • Processing of all credit/debit off-sets
    • Multi-currency payments primarilyUSD and EUR
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and corporate policies.
  • Monitor daily unapplied/unidentified cash ensuring timely resolution.

Systems & Technology (HighRadius SAP S/4HANA)

  • Serve as the functional expert forHighRadius Cash Application Automation (CAA) Cloud.
    • Drive maximum auto-cash posting rates through system tuning rules configuration and analytics.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge ofSAP S/4HANAas well as familiarity with HighRadiusCLS and DMS cloud systems.
  • Assist in any UATs for future deployments and regression testing

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage regularly with regional Credit & Collections Senior Service Delivery Leaders across: Americas Europe & Emerging Markets
  • Collaborate with the O2C Global Process & Transformation Cash Application Owner to evaluate design and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Partner closely with:
    • Corporate Treasury with bank accounts creation/updates and access
    • Regional Accounting teams to align on cash posting standards processes as well as research & resolve and reconciliation issues
    • Finance Systems & Tools team for Collaborate bank files interface issues
  • Ensure clear concise and professional communication across global counterparts.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track SLAs & KPIs adherence including auto-cash rate unapplied cash aging cash processing productivity processing timely & accuracy.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Identify root-causes and drive corrective actions for processing errors or system issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field.
  • Minimum10 years of cash application or O2C leadership experience with at least5 years in people managementleading medium-sized teams.
  • Strong expertise withHighRadius CAA CloudandSAP S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated experience in global shared services or multinational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to confidently interact with senior leaders across regions.
  • Strong understanding oftreasury accounting and banking processes including multi-currency cash handling.

Preferred

  • MBA in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience working with CLS and DMS cloud systems.
  • Prior experience in process transformation automation or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma a plus).
