In this position you will partner with two plastic surgeons
This well-rounded position offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient with opportunity for rounding ED consults discharge 1st assist and clinic
One year experience as a Physician Assistant in a surgical specialty preferred
First assist experience is preferred

Position Summary

MultiCare Plastics Department is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our well-established thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits in-office procedures. Participation in call coverage responsibilities may be assigned.
It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Plastic Surgery practice with community partners across Puget consults ED consults Rounding Clinic consults follow ups and procedures Patient & Family educationPre & Post Op visitsIn-basket ManagementAPP/staff onboarding and trainingRequirementsWA State Physician Assistant license requiredWA DEA NPI & prescriptive authority requiredBLS for Healthcare providers certification by AHA requiredSurgical Experience Preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $161000.00 - $185000.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
