A Brief Overview
The HR Operations Specialist will support the company and clients to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations related to various human resource related topics and requirements for both employer and employee. The role is responsible for maintenance and review of electronic records. The role serves as a subject matter expert for internal and external customers.

What you will do
  • Perform tasks and provide subject matter expertise in select areas of human resources; e.g. employment eligibility talent acquisition onboarding offboarding labor law posters etc.
  • Provide excellent client support via phone and chat.
  • Address interdepartmental inquiries regarding technical and/or compliance related information
  • Participate in audits to verify compliance with federal and state regulations for all related applications
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of worksite employee data
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • General education vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 2 or more years of HR Experience required
  • Typically 1 or more years of PEO Experience preferred
  • Typically 2 or more years of Data Entry Experience required

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization (Intermediate proficiency)
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace (Advanced proficiency)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while balancing multiple priorities (Intermediate proficiency)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate proficiency)

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $51604.80 to $77396.80. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
