Job Summary
Job Title: General Labor
Location: Southeast Michigan
Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate:$18$21 depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated General Labor team member to support daily production and operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on experience career growth and exposure to multiple areas of a production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
Perform cleanup and maintenance of shop tools and equipment.
Assist with packing and loading materials.
Sandblast and prepare surfaces as needed.
Organize pallets crates and materials.
Clean and prep machinery for painting.
Support Shipping and Receiving as needed.
Assist in other areas of production as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
General labor experience is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in basic math.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Compensation:$18$21 per hour depending on experience.
