As Director Product (Data Technologies)youllbe accountable for the product direction deliveryand performance of FCCs data technologies.As a collaborative team-player who builds on the ideas of othersyoulllead the teams responsible for data engineering platform administrationand technology management owningbusiness criticalplatformsend-to-end.

Your focus will be to ensure these platforms are secure stable reliable performant compliantand easy to use while continuously evolving them to supportstrategicobjectives.

Youllbe part of the leadership team that drives FCCs data and analyticsstrategy leading a multidisciplinary product team that includes two managers two product architects and a product owner and partnering closely with the Principal Enterprise Architect to shape and execute enterprise-wide technology direction.Using yourexpertisein data platforms cloudtechnologiesand analytics enablementyoullsupport continuous improvement champion change and lead with the confidenceto create impact at scale.

Whatyoulldo

• Lead the development and maintenance of the data and analytics platform.

• Facilitatecross-functionalcollaboration anduse yourinfluenceto helpa major organizationalchange succeed

• Engage with senior leaders in enterprise strategy discussions and with technical teams in hands-on product and delivery conversations

• Translate complex technology needs into clear executable direction for the data and analytics ecosystem using a strategic enterprise-minded approach

• Use strategic decision-making to bring clarity to ambiguity knowing when to makehard decisions and how toprioritizethe best outcome for theorganization.

• Act as a champion for engineers fostering a healthy culture of continual improvementand helping team members grow.

• Remain calm under pressure to solvecomplex incidentsand adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes.

Whatyoullbring to the team

• A bachelors degree in computer science mathematics engineering or business and at least eight years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• At least five years in a formal leadership position

• Significant record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management

• Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset

Requiredqualifications:

• A bachelors degreeincomputersciencesoftwareengineeringcomputerengineeringdatascienceorinformationtechnologyor other STEM-related degree

• Minimum10years of experience inatechnology-related discipline

• Solid knowledgeindata engineeringandcloud computing

• Provenexpertiseinagile product development

• Demonstratedproficiencyleading technical teams and projects

• Ability to bridge business strategy with implementation

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
