Job Summary
We are seeking Histologist 1 to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia CA.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Prepare tissue samples and slides for microscopic evaluation using standard histology techniques
- Perform routine and special staining procedures to support diagnostic and research activities
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot histology laboratory equipment
- Support process improvements documentation updates and lab 6S initiatives
- Ensure compliance with CLIA CAP and other regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience performing microtomy embedding staining and related histology procedures
- Proficiency with laboratory instruments and routine equipment troubleshooting
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office applications
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory workflows
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and compliance

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $46200.00 - $96200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
