Cadet or Graduate

Built are now accepting applications from motivated and enthusiastic students or recent Graduates who are studying or have completed a Building or Construction related degree and would like to kick start their career with a leading national builder in Canberra.

Our 2-year Graduate Development Program provides undergraduates with a solid understanding and strong foundation in the construction industry. Our program offers internal/external and on-the-job training formal/informal mentor relationships as well as exposure to various areas of construction including Safety Management Environmental Management Contract and Cost Management Design Management Industrial Relations Compliance Project Programming Quality Assurance Site Supervision and Teamwork through our formal Competency Framework.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are resourceful dedicated hardworking and meet the following criteria:

3rd or 4th year students in a Construction related degree or recent graduates

Above average results

A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrates leadership potential

Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and retain positive and effective working relationships

Strong association with our Built Worthy Values

Previous experience in the building industry is advantageous
