Werelooking for an experienced confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a Team Lead role at ourstate-of-the-artReferral Hospital in Livingston. Werea busy Referral Hospital and at times caseloads are high. But when that happensyourenot working in isolation the whole team pull together united by a shared goal: delivering exceptional care to every patient.

Our site is new meaningyoullhave access to the best equipment and facilities to support gold-standard care. But this role goes far beyond the building youllbe shaping how the hospital runs with the opportunity to influence processesworkflowsand the future direction of the service.

The role

This is apredominantly clinicalrole (around 80%) reflecting our focus on delivering outstanding patient care. Alongside your clinical responsibilities you will:

• Provide direct line management to Nursing team members

• Support effective patient management across the Hospital

• Coachmentorand develop Nurses fostering confidence and capability

• Workcollaboratively with theleadership and clinical teams todeliverhigh-quality patient care

With new Specialists joining the teamyoullgain exposure to a growing range of complex referral cases supporting your continued clinical development and expanding your skillset.

About you

Werelooking for someone who:

• Is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 3 years experience in a Referral Hospital

• Haspreviousleadership experience (formal or informal)

• Is confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions

• Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment

• Is passionate about mentoring others and growing our positive team culture
