Job Summary
Essential Functions:
Documentation Management:
- Maintain insurance policies and schedules
- Organize SharePoint folders and manage access
- Support the Certificate of Insurance process and keep COI records updated
- Update Enterprise Risk Management records and reports
- Communicate with stakeholders to build project trackers identify insurance needs and gather project and renewal data
- Monitor shared email for vendor and team inquiries
- Contribute to ad hoc business projects
Reporting / Analysis:
- Assist with premium allocations
- Manage NDAs and support brokers
- Help Global Director of Risk Management with projects
- Report minor claims and escalate larger ones; analyze claim trends
- Request catastrophe modeling data
Minimum Requirements:
- 35 years insurance/risk management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Industry designations preferred
Experience/Skills:
- Insurance/Risk Management team support experience a plus
- AI efficiency implementation experience beneficial
- Experience liaising with insurance brokers / carriers
- An ability to work with team members of all levels within the company
Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred (Risk Management Finance Business or equivalent)
Certifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is ideal but not essential
Work environment:
- Hybrid 2-3 days a week in corporate office
- Fast paced environment
- Travel required up to 10%
