What Youll Be Doing:

As a Loan Setup Administrator with us you are supporting the mortgage operations team in a fast-paced environment by:

• Setting up new residential mortgage loan files
• Reviewing loan submissions to ensure required information and documentation are complete
• Preparing and issuing initial disclosures
• Ordering and tracking third-party services such as credit flood VOE/VOI appraisal and fraud tools
• Collaborating with the Loan Officers processors and operations staff
• And more!

But most importantly youll be working with ateam that supports you every step of the way.

Who You Are:

• Youve got experience in the mortgage industry specifically with loan setup disclosures processing and operations
• You have basic knowledge of residential mortgage products (conventional FHA VA USDA)
• You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
