Partner Experience Manager

Provide a five-star experience to all new partners (affiliates ambassadors dealers builders and partners) by overseeing their first steps with SafeStreets. This will include hand-offs to other departments during the onboarding process and working with partner to deliver an on-time launch. They will be responsible for aiding the partner from initial request to first sale. Including inform and gather information needed to go to market and build partner campaign in our systems.

Partner with Compliance to gather materials and vet potential partners

Collaborate with Marketing and partners to build and execute campaigns

Coordinate with Development to support partner integrations (interactive voice response/IVR application program interface/API landing pages pay plans)

Prepare and send partner contracts

Train partners on Copilot and related tools

Perform duties effectively in a remote work environment maintaining communication and meeting deadlines

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and sit or stand for periods throughout the work day.
• Must be available 8-5 M-F
• Work in office 3 days a week
• MS Office Suite - Excel (basic knowledge)
• ClickUp (basic knowledge)
• General office or administrative experience supporting day-to-day business operations
• Experience coordinating tasks and information across multiple teams or departments
• Experience working with external contacts such as partners vendors or clients
• Experience managing documentation contracts or records with attention to detail
• Experience supporting projects scheduling or follow-up activities
• Experience using standard office and collaboration tools (email calendars shared documents virtual meeting platforms)
• Ability to prioritize tasks track progress and meet deadlines in a remote or independent work environment

Compensation

SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and for eligible roles variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal state and local wage laws including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role including applicable state licensing requirements.
