OVERVIEW
Are you ready to make an impactinthe world of digital marketing and growth As aPaid Growth Marketing Intern you will play a key role in supporting the planning execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels. You will help connectdata creative and media strategyto support brand campaigns new market expansion and performance insights that drive growth.
Working closely with the Growth Marketing team you will contribute tocampaign planning reporting creative briefing and cross-channel analysiswith a focus onInternationalmarkets gaining hands-on experience in how large-scale paid media programs are built measured andoptimized.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Planning & Execution Support
- Supportglobalpaid media planning across channels (paid social and emerging platforms) including campaign setup preparation QA and launch readiness
- Assistin the execution and optimization ofglobalbrand campaignsinternational campaignskey launches and major marketing moments
Reporting Analysis & InsightsSupport
- Supportingweekly and post-campaign reporting by pulling performance data and building clear structured presentations
- Assistwith analyzingcampaign performance across audiences creative and markets toidentifytrends insights and optimization opportunities
- Assistwith campaign recap decks highlighting key learnings and recommendations
Creative & Brand CollaborationSupport
- Supportcreative briefingforpaidcampaigns(brand campaign International Campaignecomm)by organizing assets drafting briefs and coordinating feedback
- Track creative performance and helpidentifyearly signals on what is driving engagement and conversion
InternationalGrowth & Expansion Initiatives
- Support paid planning and reporting fornew market expansion including Europe and APAC
- Assistwith research onnew channels formats and platform best practices
- Help support paidchannelneeds tied tonew store openings and international launches
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inMarketing BusinessMediaAnalyticsInternationalbusinessor a related field
- Strong interest inpaid media digital advertisinggrowth marketingandInternationalcultures and business
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excelwith the ability to analyze data trends and create impactful presentations
- Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Creative eye with interest in brand storytelling and performance-driven creative
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta Google TikTok)
- Experience with analytics or reporting tools (Google Analytics Looker Tableau etc.)
- Exposure to marketing internships coursework or hands-on projects
The base pay range for this position is $25/hr-$35/hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance.
Eligibility: This internship is open to students who are recent graduates or current seniors with graduation dates in Spring 2025 Winter 2025 and Spring 2026. Unfortunately we are not able to consider candidates graduating in Winter 2026 or later at this time.
