Were partnering with an investment firm seeking a sharp proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support and optimize their hiring efforts. The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
The City: Menlo Park CA
The Money: $35$45/hour

The Day-to-Day:
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Manage full-cycle interview coordination and complex scheduling
Ensure clear timely communication and logistics for candidates and interview teams
Uphold a five-star candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Maintain and update candidate data in CRM
Assist with special recruiting projects and team initiatives as needed
