Title: Director of International Education and Training Program Skills: Director of International Education and Training Program Location: Colorado Springs CO Tax Term: FULL TIME; 40 Hours per week 9:00am-5:00pm Length: Open Job Description: Direct lead and manage military-based education and training programs to foreign countries and domestic military units. Responsible for the assessment design development and implementation of course materials to meet customer demand and contractual obligations determined by allied partners and the U.S. Department of Defense. Provide students with course materials in a format agreed upon by government agencies. Deliver practical exercises appropriately aligned to each course modules task conditions and standards. Provide post-course assessments that include students individual lesson critiques and end-of-course surveys for all courses. Lead manage and conduct annual After Action Reviews (AAR) meeting and implement course updates to IEAA and GCIAO as determined by customer student and mentor inputs. Requires 2 years of experience in force design training development analytics and planning within the U.S. military and at least one other Allied military organization preferably NATO or Australia. Will work in Colorado Springs CO. Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
