WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Present vehicle features conduct test drives and explain available options
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms while maintaining dealership profitability
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale
- Work with management finance and service teams to create a smooth buying experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to close deals and follow up consistently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
