- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced electronic systems to ensure continuous operational readiness in compliance with DoD standards
- Conducting detailed diagnostics using specialized test equipment to identify component failures and execute corrective repairs
- Reviewing and interpreting technical documentation schematics and system manuals to plan and execute maintenance tasks accurately
- Collaborating with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications ensuring minimal system downtime
- Documenting all maintenance activities including repair logs and calibration records to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Five plus years experience in an electronics technician role
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in performing complex maintenance diagnostics and repair operations on advanced electronic systems in accordance with DoD specifications
- Proficient in interpreting technical schematics wiring diagrams and technical manuals to accurately troubleshoot and calibrate electronic components using specialized diagnostic tools (e.g. oscilloscopes multimeters)
- Possess an active DoD secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and predictive maintenance tools to optimize repair schedules and reduce downtime
- Experience with lean maintenance practices and process improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to mentor junior technicians and effectively communicate technical issues to cross-functional teams
