Position Summary: The Manager Post-Award supervises a team of Senior Post-Award Analysts and Post-Award Analysts overseeing all post-award activities for an assigned team. This role ensures service quality equitable workload distribution and compliance with sponsor requirements. The Manager partners with faculty departmental staff and central offices to resolve complex issues and also collaborates on onboarding and professional development initiatives. The role requires supervisory experience strong leadership skills and deep expertise in post-award compliance.
