You will provide architectural leadership governance expertise and modernization strategy for Microsoft 365including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams Entra ID and Copilot. Operating in a shared-governance model with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) you will guide day-to-day collaboration service expectations serve as an escalation point for incidents and drive measurable quality improvements.
