Have you wanted an opportunity to develop the software applications and services for an advanced global telecom service This role of for a Senior Software Engineer who will lead the design implementation and operations of globally available distributed systems geared towards controlling managing and monitoring Leos terrestrial devices. Youll build systems using the latest AWS technologies leveraging best-in-industry software engineering practices.

Key job responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement Telecom Applications and Services.
Partner with the Satellite Networks and Security engineering teams.
Drive Customer Engagement Systems application and data architecture.
Evangelize engineering excellence best practices and mentor junior engineers.

About the team
Leo Data Science Platform team build services to ingest transform and aggregate data from various devices in Leo Network and auto detect diagnose and resolve issues. We use ML technology to monitor customer experience and prevent fraud and abuse.

- 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
