Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Woodsville NH 03785
Shift: Day Shift 58-hour schedule
Travel Pay: $2899.50 weekly
Local Pay: $2512.50 weekly
Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with injuries disabilities and medical conditions in an outpatient setting in accordance with physician prescriptions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation to support patient outcomes and reimbursement requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Maintain accurate timely documentation within patient medical records
Complete documentation required for third-party reimbursement
Educate patients and families on treatment plans therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
Perform additional administrative and record-keeping duties as required
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Requirements
Education:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure:
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist License
Certification:
BCLS required
Experience:
Outpatient experience preferred
