Job Summary
Subaru of Georgetown is hiring for a Barista/Receptionist. The Barista/Receptionist at our dealership is the face and the voice of our store the very first impression. It is important we have the right person in the seat at all times of the day. This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company.
Our ideal candidate would be continuously smiling multi-tasking speaking with customers over the phone and in person and still smiling. Additional responsibilities include being a team player servicing our complimentary coffee bar and filling in for our receptionist when needed. This person needs the ability to adapt to changes in duties and pace in an instant!
Customers of the dealership are the barista/receptionists number one priority. They need to be able to relay that to each customer with the utmost respect and be proud to represent the Continental Automotive Group. With a high average tenure and a family-like staff that will be the easiest part of the job!
Candidates must have a friendly outgoing disposition and be very organized.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers with a smile as they enter
- Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items
- Take orders while paying close attention to all details
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages and prepare food (cookies pastries muffins)
- Keep the coffee bar clean organized and stocked at all times
- Manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies and placing orders as needed
- Utilizing google chat ordering systems for employees
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing basic information when needed
- Stocking New Units
- Handling Dealer Trade Pick Ups and Drop Offs
- Working with accounting to assist with contacting customers regarding their license plates
- Coordinate fleet pickups and paperwork
- Greeting customers
- Data entry
- Light filing
- Needs to be a multi-tasker and team player
- Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Hours:
- This is a full-time position of 30 hours a week with potential for more hours on occasion when filling in for a team members days off
- Monday-Friday 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Off Sundays
Compensation:
$21 per hour
