Job Summary

Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall branch operational performance including inventory management and leading team members in the areas of inside/counter sales driver/delivery and warehouse support.

This position will serve 2J Supply proudly a part of Rheem Air Distribution located in Dayton OH.



Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain and manage daily reports

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the warehouse and showroom

  • Manage/improve productivity and efficiency at all levels

  • Organize and maintain a positive showroom appearance

  • Responsible for training and leading a diversified work force

  • Assist HR Manager with recruiting process

  • Manage inventory to ensure proper turns and minimum loss throughout the year

  • Keep abreast with technical developments and changes in product lines monitor competitive threats and discuss proper response and reaction with Regional Manager

  • Understand and report P&L information for company location

  • Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors customers and employees

  • Coordinate Center training and Company/Center events

  • Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications
  • 5 years or more operational experience preferable within the HVAC industry
  • Associate of Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven success in sales operations purchasing and inventory management
  • Proven success in managing and mentoring other employees
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment with skills to multi-task at different levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills including sales problem solving and customer service are required
  • Must be able to deal with customers contractors and employees in a professional manner
  • High level of organization and follow through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
