Assistant Center Director Ayden NC

Care-O-World Early Learning Centers is looking for a motivated people-centered leader to step into the Assistant Center Director role at our Ayden location. This position is perfect for someone ready to grow their leadership skills while making a real impact on staff families and children every single day.

This is more than a support roleits a hands-on leadership opportunity where youll help guide daily operations support classroom success and partner closely with the Center Director to keep the center running smoothly and joyfully.

You wont be doing this alone. Youll have direct mentorship from the Center Director ongoing support from our leadership team and real opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles.

The Basics (Ideal Not Set in Stone)

Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
NC Early Childhood Administration Credential (or willingness to work toward it)
At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting
Working knowledge of NC licensing health & safety and classroom support
A leadership style that is supportive consistent and encouraging
