We are currently seeking a High School Varsity Soccer Coach to join our Voyager Athletics Team.

Job Description:
The High School Varsity Soccer Coach is dedicated to educating student-athletes from diverse backgrounds using sports as the educational platform. Coaches should believe and operate within the athletic department philosophy of inspiring empowering and legitimizing the dreams of all student-athletes. The role of the High School Varsity Soccer Coach is to be responsible for coaching character development and direction to all teams and athletes within the soccer program; such that all achieve a high level of skill as well as an appreciation for discipline sportsmanship teamwork and soccer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact thoughtfully and respectfully with student-athletes fellow coaches teachers staff parents and the community
Possess positive communication strategies organization skills and safety awareness

Minimum Education and Experience

Coaches must be certified or willing to become certified as defined by the NCHSAA and NFHS. This certification includes but not limited to the completion of concussion fundamentals of coaching courses as well as AED and CPR certification.
