Please note: This is a hybrid position to be located in either our Bethlehem PA or Pittsfield MA office. It requires the employee to be in the office three days per week (typically Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday).

Guardian is seeking anOperational Specialisttoprovideindustry-leadingcustomer service to our field partners by handling inbound/outbound calls and team emails.

You will
Handle AC&Ls #800 to support our field partners with their contracting and licensing questions.
Respond to all voicemails and emails within 24 hours.
Collaboratewith your team as necessary toensurethat we are providing world class service to our customers.
Be the face of Guardian to our customers and end-users with a professional positive attitude.
Be responsible forsupporting producer contracting licensingappointmentsand FINRA registrations for the enterprise. Below are some of the tasks you will be asked to complete:
Partner with Guardian General Agencies to educate and train staff on processes and support the maintenance of their producers credentials.
Communicate approvals and /or requirements to all requestors.
Update all internal systems withaccurateandtimelyinformation.
Adhere tocompliancerequirements bystate andregulatory bodies.
Researchstate credentials and requirements as necessary
Reconcile producer appointment data with states.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Guardians products and services.
Contribute toachievingteam goals.
You have
Bachelors Degree or 1- 2 years experience preferred in a high-touch customer service environment.
Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Skill for a consumer-centric mindset; you know what it takes to deliver exceptional Wow experiences.
Capabilityto effectively communicate.
Knowledge of insurance products and/or financial services preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use discretion and make decisions independently.
Location
The primary location for this position is our Bethlehem PA or Pittsfield MA office location for three days each week and work from home eligible for two days each week. You must be able to come on campus at anytimeand the required number of in-office days are subject to change.

Salary Range:
$49260.00 - $73890.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
