Job Summary
The Pick-Up and Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership in a safe timely and professional manner. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments
Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and driven safely at all times
Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after transport
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff
Keep vehicles clean and presentable during transport
Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
Assist with other dealership duties as needed (e.g. shuttle driving light errands)
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and background check
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable punctual and professional appearance
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
