Join our growing Cardiology team in beautiful Reno Nevadaone of the fastestgrowing regions in the West!

We are seeking a fulltime Cardiology NP/PA to support our expanding service line across Reno and Sparks. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP/PA interested in a balanced schedule zero call strong clinical support and competitive compensation in a beautiful mountain city just minutes from Lake Tahoe. This role is perfect for NPs looking for a teambased transparent and patientfocused environment where your voice matters.

Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time employed
  • Schedule: Your choice of 4x10s or 5x8s
  • Call: None
  • Patient Volume: Approx. 18 patients/day (varies)
  • Locations: Reno & Sparks Cardiology Clinics Northern Nevada Medical Center Sierra Medical Center
  • Team Structure: Collaborative Cardiology group with 7 physicians 1 NP 1 PA full CT Surgery program and dedicated CHF nurse
  • Support Staff: MA device tech procedure schedulers front desk support
  • Technology: Cerner AI Scribe to streamline documentation

Responsibilities

  • Provide Cardiology rounding in hospital settings (consults discharges post-procedure follow-up)
  • Conduct clinic visits (urgent device management chronic disease surveillance)
  • Collaborate with physicians APPs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document care efficiently using Cerner and AIassisted tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive $135K$165K range

Qualifications

  • Licensed NP or PA (or ability to obtain Nevada license)
  • All experience levels considered; 1 year of cardiology experience preferred
  • Strong interest in both inpatient and outpatient cardiology
