Job Summary
Community Resource Network of Floridais looking fora caregiverwho is fun compassionate dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their bestlife.
Were seeking a caring reliable and energetic caregiver to provide support to an 18-year-old young man. He requiresassistance with his day-to-day routine and planning and on occasional outings within the community. Engage with him in fun activities like music and gaming creating a positive and enjoyable environment.
This is an independent contract position and pays$15.00 per hour
Schedule:Mon Wed and Fri from 3pm- 7pm and Tues and Thurs from 3pm - 9pm. Occasional Sat or Sun as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:
- Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivities
- Supporting with personal hygiene
- Meal/snack preparation and feeding assistance
- Ensuringindividualssafety and maintaining a safe living environment
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments
- Promote communication choiceindependence and socialization
- Complete daily progress notes
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Are 18 years of age or older
