DescriptionRole purpose
The primary function of this role is to ensure timely delivery of raw material for manufacturing while protecting the business interest.
As a Supplier Scheduler you will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials required for manufacturing operations. This position is critical to maintaining production continuity optimizing supply chain performance and protecting the business from material shortages.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers internal teams and crossfunctional partners to manage material flow assess risks analyze data and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Supplier Management
- Execute supply chain planning activities within established frameworks and systems.
- Monitor supplier performance investigate delivery concerns and recommend timely actions to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Operations & Inventory Control
- Perform daily operational tasks following standard processes and adjust parameters to meet performance targets.
- Conduct inventorycontrol activities to support accuracy and material flow.
Data Collection & Reporting
- Gather data from standard sources and prepare accurate reports to support decisionmaking and performance tracking.
Customer/Internal Collaboration
- Support internal stakeholders by managing routine requests and helping coordinate supply chain activities as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas to optimize processes in your area of work.
- Support reviews of existing operations to identify improvement opportunities.
Personal Capability Development
- Participate in training coaching and development activities.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Four year Bachelors degree or CPIM Certification and/or other inventory management training preferred
- 712 months of experience working in operations inventory supply chain or related processes.
- Experience working with standard procedures and systems.
- Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills (data analysis and reporting exposure preferred).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Teamoriented adaptable and able to manage priorities effectively.
