Join our procurement team at LEGO as the Indirect Procurement Manager where youll be at the forefront of leading the ramp-up of our plastic injection molding organization. You will be accountable to obtain the goods and services essential for our operations with a focus on direct activities related to molding. Your expertise in the manufacturing industry supported by a strong mechanical background and knowledge of automation will be vital in driving procurement processes that optimize value and ensure operational success.
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to design strategies that optimize value reduce risk and support long-term goals.
Supplier Relationship Management & Readiness: Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers ensuring quality and delivery standards. Drive collaboration through supplier management programs to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Spare Parts Strategy & Downtime Risk: Create strategies for managing spare parts criticality and take ownership of minimizing downtime risks.
ERP/Procurement Platform Knowledge: Utilize systems like SAP Coupa etc. to optimize procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Negotiation Management: Lead stakeholder engagement aligning cross-functional partners with business goals. Manage high-value negotiations to secure optimal terms and maximize benefits.
Project Management & Innovation: Define and manage project plans fostering collaboration and solving challenges. Develop creative strategies and adopt emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Change & Risk Management: Champion procurement transformation managing resistance and identifying risks. Design mitigation plans to support successful adoption of new strategies.
Sustainability Compliance & Cost Transparency: Integrate sustainability into sourcing strategies ensuring regulatory compliance. Communicate cost structures and negotiate value-driven agreements to enhance procurement effectiveness.
In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in building and scaling our state-of-the-art manufacturing site. You will oversee supplier relationships develop and execute category strategies and manage end-to-end procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include handling business request analysis negotiating pricing and terms selecting suppliers processing orders managing contracts and maintaining supplier relationships. Your expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation supported by guidance from senior leaders will be crucial in driving organizational benefits within the LEGO Group framework.
Mechanical and Automation Expertise: Demonstrate a strong background in mechanical systems and automation from a procurement perspective essential for scaling the plastic injection molding organization.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $115803.00 - $173705.00 based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details inclusive of benefits will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
