Job Summary
Job Description
- Clinical Management:Design monitor and adjust patient-specific therapeutic regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Work alongside physicians and clinic staff to clarify orders and document interventions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Medication Oversight:Prepare dispense and verify prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
- Patient Education:Provide routine counseling on drug information side effects and adherence to patients and caregivers.
- Professional Leadership:Supervise supportive personnel manage departmental projects and lead system-wide health initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Schedule:
Education:Bachelors Degree (Required)
Licensure:
- Licensed Pharmacist (KS) - Kansas Board of Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Medication Therapy Services (MTS) Certification - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
