Job Summary
Job Description
- Clinical Management:Design monitor and adjust patient-specific therapeutic regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Work alongside physicians and clinic staff to clarify orders and document interventions in theElectronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Medication Oversight:Prepare dispense and verify prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
- Patient Education:Provide routine counseling on drug information side effects and adherence to patients and caregivers.
- Professional Leadership:Supervise supportive personnel manage departmental projects and lead system-wide health initiatives.
- Education:Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or aPharmD.
- Licensure:Active Pharmacist licenses in bothMissouriandKansas.
- Certifications:MissouriMedication Therapy Services (MTS)andAHA/Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).
