We have an exciting position available for a Customer Advisor to join our Repairs Hub!

Youllmeet the expectations of our customers through interactions that are easy friendly anddemonstratehigh levelsof skillsknowledgeand autonomy.

Werelooking for those who will support the delivery ofour response to Awaabs Law ensuring that repairs arecorrectly diagnosed and scheduled in line with agreed work scheduling within the Repairs Hub offers the best outcomes for our customers and aims to resolve issues at the first point ofcontact.

Whatwerelooking for:

  • At least 12 months experience in a customer services environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills across a broad range of audience including managers colleagues and customers.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressureoperatingwith empathyunderstandingand diplomacy.

  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team

  • Ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of the individual particularly for sensitive situations and people with specific needs or vulnerabilities.

  • Being able to effectively and sensitively mange social media enquiries tomaintainthe positive reputation of One Manchester.

Please note you willbe requiredto work service operating hours on a rota basis (as advertised to customers). These hours are subject to changeasrequired.
