Whatyoulldo
Successful applicants will rotate through three different senior roles in three different countries across three years. These could include Chief of Staff Head of Product and Head of Commercial roles. All will be within our sportsbook or iGaming units in areas ranging from risk and regulatory to data sciencefinanceand strategy.
Participants are given real authority to make decisions and drive impact. These positions are demanding butyoullbe fully supported and mentored at every step including by an executive-level sponsor and a rotation specialist.

Who can apply
Weacceptapplications from candidates holding an MBA orpossessinganequivalent postgraduate or executive qualification along with a minimum of three years work experience.Werelooking for people who are collaborative inclusive and motivated to grow as global leaders. These individuals consistently show what we value and are excited to work across multiple international locations.
Important Information
This is a 3-year fixed termprogrammade up of three 12-month international rotationscommencingin September 2026.
To take part you must be globally mobile for the full duration of theprogramand able to work from multiple Flutter office locations.
Flutter will provide an assignment package for each relocation to support a smooth move.
