LOCATION:The BeaconEastbourne

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 lates 41 hours per week

PAY RATE: 13.45 per hour

Supportingthe site in the control roomtoensure safetyofcustomersbuildingsandpersonnel.

Tosupporttheoperationofthesecurity and cleaningensuringexceptionalserviceisprovided andensurethatallassignedtasksarecompletedinaprofessionalandtimelymanneradheringtoall relevantlegislation.

Duties and responsibilities:

Operationallysupport indeliveryoftheagreedservicelevel.

Manageyourshiftteamincludingdistributionofdailyrotasdailybriefings/rollcalladministrationandholidaymanagement.

Monitorandcontrolofthe teamsdailydutiesandactionstoensurecomplianceandmaintainhighstandards.

Assistin leadingtheteambyfosteringteamspiritandco-operationtheencourage open expressionofdifferingideas andopinionsandensuringresolution.

Assistandsupport induction andtrainingneedstoensuretheyareidentifiedandappropriatetraining&developmentisdelivered.
Support indeliveryof SOPsandmaintenanceofappropriatedocumentationsets acrossthe security Team.
Assistwithauditingofallsitepracticesandprocess
AssistinmaintainingcompliancewithallHealth& Safety legislation.
Promoteasecureandsafeworkingenvironmentonsitethroughtheimplementationandcontinuous improvementofagreedHealthandSafetyactions.
AssistandbeapointofcontactforIncidentManagementensuringthat incidentsarecorrectly managed andescalatedasperclientspecifications.
CompletetherequiredIncidentreportsintheevent ofanincidentfocusingonqualityandtimelyreporting.
Ensurethat any complaints aredealtwithin aprofessionalandtimelymanner.
Toestablishandmaintainsatisfactoryrelationshipswithindividualsat alllevelswithintheCompany andtheClient organisation.
ManagetheprovisionofCCTVaccesscontrolsystemsandalarmsystems.
Ensurethat allequipmentprovidedtoassistsecurity isfullyoperationalwithany issuesreported.
Ensurethatthereisarobustandeffectivekeycontrolprocessinplace.
ClientliaisonworkingcloselywiththeCentre Management Team and Security Supervisor.
Otherday-to-dayresponsibilitiesasdictatedby circumstancesandtheneeds ofthebusinessandclient.
