Job Summary

Job Description Summary
Grant funded through 6/30/26. The Workforce Pathway Navigator supports and refines existing workforce pathways by helping coordinate services align program components and ensure smooth participant progression. The position includes an emphasis on workforce pathways related to construction and electrical trades among other high-demand career areas and collaborates with faculty and staff on curriculum development and alignment. The role also tracks and monitors student participation and outcomes to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Duties
1. Supports the refinement alignment and curriculum development of existing workforce pathways including assigned teaching responsibilities. 2. Coordinates services across academic programs workforce training and program areas. 3. Tracks and monitors student participation progress and outcomes maintaining accurate records and data for reporting and continuous improvement 4. Collaborates with faculty staff and partners to support pathway effectiveness. 5. Provides guidance and support to students participating in workforce pathways. 6. Supports promotion and recruitment efforts for workforce pathways in collaboration with internal and external partners. 7. Contributes to the College Vision Mission Values and RISE statement. 8. Supports workforce diversity in all its aspects. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Two years of full-time or equivalent work experience in workforce development academic advising student support services career coaching program coordination teaching/training or a closely related field. 2. Experience with curriculum development or instructional design. 3. Experience with educational leadership or cross-department or cross-agency collaboration. 4. Experience with general construction and electrical trades. 5. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish an East Slavic language and/or American Sign Language.
