You develop nextgeneration GenAI solutions and create new forms of interaction from avatarbased experiences to digital assistants and knowledge copilots.
As part of a crossfunctional development team you experiment with SLMs LLMs and multimodal models finetune them and shape natural highquality user interactions.
You integrate GenAI capabilities into existing business processes and platforms and bring prototypes into production together with business stakeholders.
Youidentifypromising use cases design proofofconcepts and guide them toward scalable enterpriseready applications.

You bringseveral years of professional experiencein data science or AI product development.
Strong handson experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies (e.g. OpenAI API Hugging Face TransformersLangChain RAG) is part of your profile.
You have solid Python skills and are comfortable working with common ML and GenAI libraries.
You have a proventrack recordof building GenAI prototypes and successfully scaling them into enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud environments such as Azure AI Services or Snowflake is an advantage you bring.
Excellent communication skills in German or Englishcompleteyour profile.
Nice to have:Experience with model finetuning techniques.
