Job Summary
Now open at the Roslyn Packer Theatre in Walsh Bay this moody late-night cocktail bar caters to the pre- and post-theatre crowd. Its quickly becoming a go-to for martinis before the show champagne after late-night snacks and music that keeps the room humming when the stage is dark.
Were looking for a Casual Bar Supervisor to support our leadership team and help bring the venue to life on shift. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves the floor leads by example and takes pride in running a tight welcoming bar service.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supervising bar service during busy pre- and post-theatre trade
- Leading the team on shift to deliver warm polished and efficient service
- Supporting the drinks offering by maintaining standards and contributing new ideas
- Assisting with stock control ordering and venue presentation
- Training and mentoring bar staff to build confidence and consistency
- Working closely with theatre and events teams to ensure smooth service flow
What Were Looking For:
- A confident hospitality professional with experience in cocktail bars or late-night venues
- Strong product knowledge across spirits cocktails wine and bar service
- A natural on-shift leader whos calm organised and great with people
- Comfortable running a shift (or ready to step up)
- Reliable proactive and able to think on your feet
- RSA certification (essential)
