Senior Manager Program Management

Location: US Remote
Reports to: Senior Director Program Management

About the Role

As Senior Manager Program Management you will lead complex cross-functional programs that are critical to Vectra AIs product innovation and business strategy in the cybersecurity and AI space. You will partner closely with leaders across Product Engineering Data Science Sales Marketing Customer Success and Executive Leadership to drive clarity alignment and execution across highly technical fast-moving initiatives.

This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in environments involving advanced technology data-driven products and evolving security landscapes. You will own program execution from early planning through launch and post-launch optimization while continuously improving visibility predictability and outcomes across the program portfolio.

WhatYoullDo

- Lead end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional programs supporting AI-powered and security-focused products and capabilities.

- Partner with Product Management Engineering and Data Science to translate technical roadmaps into executable program plans.

- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Customer teams to plan and execute successful launches.

- Manage timelines risks dependencies and communications across teams.

-Identifyand mitigate technical operational and delivery risks.

- Ensure cross-functional and go-to-market readiness.

- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

- Analyze post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Prepare and present executive-level updates.

Competencies & Requirements

- 10 years of program/project management experience.

- Experience in technical product environments (SaaS AI/ML cybersecurity or similar).

- Strong business and technical acumen.

- Experienceinfluencing inmatrixed organizations.

- Strategic planning and execution skills.

- Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI-driven data-intensive or cybersecurity products.

- Familiarity with secure software development or cloud platforms.

- Experience with compliance- or trust-sensitive launches.
