Job Summary
TheAnalyst Data Integrity will be responsibleto assuredata integrity and adherence toestablishedbusiness ruleswithinthecontractlifecyclemanagement (CLM)system(Icertis) as well as other related software. This includesmaintainingchangingand adding dataandappropriate documentsthat exist in theCLMapplication. TheAnalystwillsupportthecontractlifecycle management (CLM) process collaborating with internal and external teams toensure the integrity ofdatawithin the CLM application and its availability to end users.
Follow and helpoptimizeestablished workflowsfor ensuringthe integrity of data within the application.
Implement data collection systems and other strategies thatoptimizeefficiency and data quality as directed.
Maintainclean item files free of duplicates and misinformation.
Acquireand abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.
Perform data entry either manually or using other technology when needed or.
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred Qualifications

Data entry and validation

Experience:
Experience with CLM applications

Bachelors degree
