Salary: Excellent base salary with OTE 30000 (uncapped bonus!)
Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a dynamic Parts Advisor to join our successful parts team in Warrington. If youre ready to maximise parts sales build strong customer relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Parts Advisor youll be the key to our parts departments success. Your role will involve maximising sales and profitability through strong communication and expert advice. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maximising parts sales and profitability by providing accurate quotes and advice to service and trade customers.
Demonstrating a high attention to detail and accuracy while completing all cost control duties and recording customer requirements.
Maintaining and developing external relationships with trade customers.
Liaising with manufacturers and external warranty providers to secure specific information and approval.
Keeping your product knowledge up to date with market research and in-house training.
Handling all payments and ensuring all documentation aligns with manufacturer and dealership policies.
Were looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid background in parts and a passion for customer service:
Previous experience working within a parts role is preferable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for all levels of customers and staff.
A strong knowledge and understanding of working in a parts environment.
Proficiency in IT and computer systems.
A well-organised approach and the ability to manage a high workload efficiently.
A valid UK driving licence.
