As a Communications Partneryoullplan and deliver clear engaging communications that keep people informed connected and clear on what matters most. From writing updates and creating visual content to supporting campaigns and eventsyoullplay a handson role in helping to shape how we communicate across the closely with leaders and teams building strong relationships and ensuring our messages are relevanttimely and easy to understand.

Wereideally looking for someone fulltime (37.5 hours per week) butwereopen toexploring what fulltime could look like for you.
About you:
Whether youre looking for a new challenge or the next step in your communications career what matters most is your ability to build trust translate information into clear messages and help people feel connected to whats happening across the cooperative.
Youll enjoy working with different teams asking good questions and shaping content that feels meaningful and accessible. Ideally youll also bring:
- Experience in internal or external communications public relations journalism or a related field.
- Handson experience creating and delivering internal communication activities or campaigns.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across different formats - from business updates to visual content and events.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and work across multiple channels.
- A collaborative approachable style and the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels.
